The National Testing Agency(NTA, New Delhi), today declared the results of IIT JEE(Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination) Mains 2020 exams. Results available at jeemain.nta.nic.in
New Delhi: The National Testing Agency today declared the results of IIT JEE Mains Exams 2020. The Exam was conducted from Dates September 1 To September 6, 2020. Candidates who have appeared for JEE Mains in September 2020 can now check their results by logging in on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
“The results have been compiled on the basis of JEE exams held in January and September,” said an NTA official.
On the occasion of the declaration of the result, Deputy General of NTA Vineet Joshi lauded the efforts of his team saying “This is the fastest that the NTA has declared the results for this exam. Also, this was the exam that was conducted with the maximum number of shifts.”
According to the reports by the NTA, over 8.67 lakh students appeared for JEE Mains, this year.
Eight students from Telangana, five from Delhi, four from Rajasthan, and three from Andhra Pradesh were among 24 who scored the perfect 100 percentile in the JEE (Main) exam held from September 1 to 6 amid stringent precautions due to COVID-19 pandemic.

NTA has also released the JEE Main topper list along with the JEE result declaration. JEE Main cutoff and all India rank of candidates (both in the common merit list and category rank) are available through JEE Main result.
The top 2,50,000 candidates from JEE Main rank list 2020 will be eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced 2020.
On the occasion, Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ tweeted, “I congratulate the toppers of JEE (Mains). I also thank everyone involved in the #JEE exam and for declaring results in 4 days.
