ATMA is a national-level entrance test accepted by top-notch management colleges in India and administered by AIMS (Association of Indian Management School). It is a superior-quality objective test for admission to an array of PG programs that includes MBA, MMS, PGDM, MMS. 

ATMA is accredited by AICTE & Ministry of HRD, Government of India and it has the membership of around 720 first-rate PG Management Institutes. The ATMA is conducted five times a year by AIMS. ATMA 2021 is a national-level entrance exam conducted 4-5 times in a year  to evaluate the candidates’ aptitude that is required for higher management education. The scores of the examination are acceptable by more than 500 government and private business schools in India.

ATMA 2021: Eligibility 

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any programme with at least 50% marks from any acknowledged university.
  • Final year students of graduation can also apply for ATMA 2021.
  • Chartered Accountants are also eligible for ATMA 2021. 
  • There is no age limit prescribed to apply for the examination

ATMA 2021:Application Process

Step 1: ATMA Registration

ATMA Admission Process begins with registration on the official website.

  • Visit the official website – atma aims.in.
  • Fill the valid email id and Mobile Number
  • Enter your details.
  • Click on “Submit”.

Once the registration is done successfully, you will receive a unique registration number along with a password on your email id.

Step 2: Fill the ATMA Application Form using the unique registration number and password.

Step 3 – Upload the scanned copies of a recent PP size photo and signature 

Step 4: Payment of Application Fees via online mode using Debit Card/ Credit Card. 

Documents required to register for ATMA 2021 

  • Digital copy of applicant’s passport-size photograph and signature
  • Digital copy of latest OBC (Non-creamy) / SC / ST / DAP category certificate (if applicable)
  • Digital copies of Class 10th and 12th marksheet along with Graduation’s scorecard
  • Sponsored candidates need to upload a sponsoring certificate according to format prescribed on the official website of ATMA
  • Credit/ Debit card or Net Banking details for the online payment of application fee

ATMA 2021 Application Form

  • The registration process for the exam that will take place in February, 2021 will start in November, 2020. 
  • It should be noted that applications can be submitted via online mode only and along with an application fee of INR 1298 (INR 1100+18% GST). 25% concession is available for female candidates while 50% concession for Northeast candidates. So, the application fee for women is INR 974 and for north-eastern candidates is INR 649.
  • Interested candidates can go to the official website of the examination and submit their applications before the deadline.

ATMA2021: Admit Card

ATMA 2021 Admit cards will be issued via online mode and will be downloadable from the official website. The admit card will not be delivered to the candidates via fax or post or any other offline medium. Students will need to download the admit card from the official website by entering the details asked. ATMA 2021 admit card is a mandatory document to carry along with the valid photo while appearing for the exam. No candidates will be permitted to enter the exam hall without the admit card. ATMA 2021 admit cards will comprise the details about the candidate as well as the exam such as candidate’s name, roll number, exam centres, exam guidelines etc.Candidates must keep their admit card safe till the completion of the admission procedure.

ATMA2021: Exam-Pattern

 The ATMA 2021 Exam Paper encompasses 180 MCQs classified in equal [proportions in 6 sections viz Verbal Skills – I & II, Analytical Reasoning Skills – I & II and Quantitative Skills – I & II. The time length given to students to complete the exam is 3 hours i.e 30 minutes for each section. On embark is awarded for each correct response and 0.25 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.

ATMA2021: Mock Test

The sample question and mock tests are officially released by AIMS to help students prepare easily and get an idea about the questions they are going to get.

To practice the same, the student needs to go to the official website of ATMA & click ‘Mock Test’/‘Sample Questions’ tab. This will open up a window which will ask for the Email ID and Password. After entering the required information, one can download the documents in PDF format. 

ATMA 2021 Result

The ATMA Result is announced on the official website in scorecard form displaying the scaled score & percentile of each section along with an overall scaled score & percentile. Candidates need to enter their enrollment ID/email ID and password on the result login page to access the result. Based on the  performance, the candidates will be called to participate in the further rounds of selection.

ATMA 2021 Cutoff

Around 399 Business Schools accept the ATMA scores and they release their own cut-off to offer admissions in management programs. ATMA 2021 cut off may vary from 50 to 70.

Candidates who score at least or more than the cut off become eligible for the further rounds of selection to admit in the management schools.

Cut off of the ATMA 2021 will be concluded based on different factors like:

  • Number of candidates who marked their presence in the examination.
  • Number of seats offered by the institution. 
  • Passing percentage of candidates in the examination.
  • Difficulty level of the examination.
  • Overall merit/performances of the qualifying candidate.

ATMA 2021: Selection Procedure

ATMA 2021 Selection Process comprises three rounds viz. Written test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 

Candidates who qualify the written round need to appear for the further rounds of the selection process.

Group Discussion: GD examines the applicants’ skills to communicate and take initiative to present their ideas about current affairs and business-related topics. 

Personal Interview: PI examines the applicants’ persona and abilities to withstand pressure.

ATMA 2021: Counselling

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling process that is conducted at different centres by the participating institutes that accept ATMA scores. Any centralised counselling for ATMA is not there. After the declaration of the result and release of the cut-off marks, candidates can select their counselling centre at the time of filling the registration form of participating institutes.

How ATMA differs from Management Admission Tests?

ATMA evaluates the applicants’ aptitude and does not examine their accomplishment in one specified area. 

Do we get a choice to select our exam centre for ATMA?

Yes, you are allowed to select your preferred Exam Centre and the same will be there on your admit card.

Can the ATMA application fee be paid via cash/DD or net banking?

No, the ATMA application fee can be paid online only via debit/credit cards.

Is there any concession in fee for candidates from reserved categories?

Yes, Fee concession of 25% is available for women and of 50% is given to the candidates who belong to the North-Eastern states of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura). 

Is the ATMA 2021 Application Fee refundable?

No, the application fee for ATMA 2021 is not refundable.

Students participated in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) June 2020 TEE, and December 2019 TEE exam will now be allowed to apply for the xerox copies of answer booklets. Indira Gandhi National Open University has decided to allow the students for the revaluation and re totalling of marks, they scored in these examinations.

The results of IGNOU June 2020 TEE were announced on October 1. With the upcoming facility of issuance of the photocopy of answer booklets, the students who were dissatisfied with their results can apply for the revaluation of marks scored in the term-end examinations and the photocopies of IGNOU TEE answer sheets. 

The application for the same will have to be made online on the official website of the university. Students simply need to go to the IGNOU website and click apply on the designated link. After which, a few details need to be filled, followed by the payment of the application fee and submission of the application form. 

It must be noted that the applications for revaluation and photocopies of IGNOU December 2019 TEE and IGNOU June 2020 TEE of exams comprising MCQ type questions are disallowed. 

According to the statement in the IGNOU revaluation window,  “Reevaluation and copy of Answerscripts is not available for the Following Exam for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and conducted on OMR sheets.”

Students can apply for and get the photocopies of the answer booklets of IGNOU June TEE and IGNOU December TEE examinations if the answer copy has not been handled for Re-evaluation. Students can either first make an application for the copy of Answer Sheet, followed by an application for Re-evaluation or go for both simultaneously.

Education expenses of NEET topper Akansha Singh will be paid by Uttar Pradesh Government. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made an announcement about the disbursement of her graduation expenses. These expenses will include the expenditure of food and lodging during all the academic levels of her graduation.

Akansha Singh lives in Kushinagar district of UP and has achieved 100% score in NEET 2020 exam.  

Though Akansha was given second rank in the examination, she has been declared as top-ranked along with Soyeb Aftab who is native of Odisha state. On the direction of CM Yogi Adityanath, a letter is to be sent by the chief secretary of UP state, to the authorities concerned for the declaration of NEET 2020 ranks to declare Akansha Singh and Soyeb Aftab, both as the first rankers of NEET 2020 examination as they both have scored 720 marks out of maximum score of 720. 

Besides, personal wishes are sent from UP CM to the family members and parents of AKansha Singh, laurelled the top- scorer as an ideal for all the girls. CM Yogi Adityanath appreciated the hard -work she has made and the high perseverance she has maintained throughout her preparation. 

On the other side, Shoyeb Aftab has also created a history with a full score of 720/720 and All India Rank of 1. He is the first-ever candidate to score 100% in NEET examination. From Odisha state also, he is the first student to Top NEET. With this high score, he hopes to get admission in AIIMS New Delhi. 

NEET 2020 comprises a sum of 180 MCQ type questions for a maximum of 720 marks. Qualified candidates who have scored at least or more than NEET 2020 cut-off are considered eligible to participate in the counselling process of NEET 2020. This implies that the candidates with scores more than NTA NEET 2020 cut-off will be eligible for enrollment to state-quota seats India quota (AIQ) seats through NEET 2020 counselling. The NEET 2020 cutoff for students who belong to General Category is 147. The highest number of students who have qualified NEET 2020 are from Uttar Pradesh followed by Maharashtra.

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association, KPPGCA has released the admit card for KMAT 2020 for the eligible candidates who applied for the examination by filling the application form and paying the prescribed application fee. The admit card has been released via online mode on the official website of KPPGCA on 27th October 2020. 

Successful candidates need to download their admit card from the official website i.e. kmatindia.com. using their login credentials.

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2020 is an entrance examination that will be conducted by KPPGCA (Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association) to offer enrollment to the qualified candidates in 189+ AICTE or University accredited Management Schools established in Bangalore and Karnataka. This year, the examination will be conducted on 29th October 2020 for admission to management institutes in the state.

According to an official statement by Raghu Sharma, Rajasthan Health Minister, approval for the additional seats in MBBS in Rajasthan has been granted. 230 additional seats have been green signalled for the MBBS programmes at four medical schools in the state. 50 additional seats will be given to the medical schools in Udaipur and Ajmer. As far as Barmer Medical College is concerned, there will be an increment of 30 seats this year. 

In comparison to last year when there was a total increment of 550 seats, seats added this year are lower. However, if taken together, the total addition in MBBS seats in the last two years reaches 880 in Rajasthan, thereby making a sum of 2830 total MBBS seats in Rajasthan, today. 

The initiation of Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar has also received approval by the National Medical Science Commission. The Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar will be started in the session 2020-21. 

Sikar is a native district and approval of a medical college in Sikar was great news for Govind Singh Dotasara, Congress State President, who expressed extreme joy through a tweet over the approval.

"The much-awaited Sikar Medical College has received the approval of the National Medical Science Commission. It is a result of the strong will power of the Congress government of the state that the Sikar people have got their right, their medical college," a tweet by Mr Dotasara.

The first round of the NEET 2020 Counselling will start from 27th of October 2020 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The first round of seat allotment under this process will commence from tomorrow. The counselling process will be conducted only for those candidates who have qualified the NEET 2020 exam. Unqualified aspirants will not be able to take part in the same. However, the registration is mandatory for the eligible candidates to participate in the counselling. 

Registration for the first round of seat allotment needs to be done on the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. and will remain open till 2nd November 2020 before 5 pm. It must be noted that registration must be done before the deadlines otherwise the participation in the seat allotment process is prohibited. 

NEET 2020 registration process seeks the names of the courses and colleges preferred by the candidates that means the candidates will have to fill in their choices about the college and the course during the registration process. However, the candidates will be allowed to fill in their preference within a specific course of time i.e. from 28th October 2020 to 2nd November 2020, after that the preferences will be frozen. 

Followed by the 2nd round of seat allotment, details about which will be notified very soon, the 1st round will be conducted on 3rd and 4th November and the results of the same will be declared on 5th November 2020. Here is the process to register for the counselling process of NEET 2020:

Step 1: Go to the official website of MCC i.e. mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Find and click on the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ link available on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on ‘New Registration’.

Step 4: Save your new login ID and password that will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Click on ‘Candidate Login’ and enter your new login credentials.

Step 6: Enter all the details asked.

Step 7: You will get a registration slip after filling all the details. 

Step 8: Make a payment of the registration fee. 

The registration fee needs to be paid before the deadline and the due date for the payment of the registration fee for NEET 2020 Counselling's first round is 2nd November 2020.
