AIBE is a national-level exam conducted twice in a year by the Bar Council of India to evaluate the expertise and aptitude of the newly enrolled law graduates and provisionally enrolled advocates in the arena of law. 

Online applications have begun at aibe15.allindiabareexamination.com. AIBE 15 is taken as an open book examination in which the aspirant can bring the book with them and also the study material at the exam center. The questions which are asked in these exams are of Bachelors of Law (LLB) level. Aspirants can become eligible to practice law in India after qualifying the exam and they will get a Certificate of Practice (COP) from the Bar Council of India. 

AIBE 2020: Latest Update

Last date to apply for AIBE 2020 has been extended by Bar Council of India(BCI). According to BCI All Bar Examination 2020 (XV) has been postponed and the last date for the registrations ( AIBE-XV) have extended till August 31,2020.New Dates  will be announced soon.

AIBE 2020 Application Form:

Applications for AIBE 2020 are invited by the Bar Council of India. Aspirants who are interested to apply for AIBE have to submit the application form with all the necessary documents and fill the required details. Candidates who are applying for the AIBE 2020 need to check the eligibility requirements.

Only the enrolled advocates are eligible to apply for AIBE 2020. In the application form aspirants have to enter their personal and academic details and pay the application fee for the successful submission of the form.

Application Form Fee:  Candidates are required to pay the given application fee:

  • Rs 3560/- for General Category

NOTE: Applicants are not required to send their hard copy of application form or any other documents to the Bar Council of India.

AIBE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants can appear for AIBE if they meet the below eligibility criteria.  The Bar Council of India itself, have set the below eligibility criteria. Applicants should note the below eligibility criteria will be the same for all the applicants, irrespective of the age and category.

Education qualification: Candidates need to have a graduation degree of 3 years or 5 year LLB program from a recognized university.

Enrollment with Bar Council: Candidates should be enrolled with the state bar council.

Attempts: Any advocate who has graduated after July 10, 2010, can appear for AIBE as many times they need.

AIBE 2020 Exam Pattern

  • Process of Exam: Exam will be conducted  offline (open book test) process.
  • Time Duration of Exam: Time duration of exam will be 3 hours & 30 minutes.
  • Total Marks: The exam paper will be of 100 marks.
  • Total Questions: 100 questions will be asked in the examination.
  • Type of Questions: Multiple type questions will be there. 
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark for every right answer.
  • Negative Marking: No negative marking is there in the exam.

AIBE 2020 Admit Card

Aspirants who will successfully submit their application form will be able to download their AIBE 2020 Admit card. Admit cards will be available in online mode in August 2020 on the website to the candidates. For downloading the admit card aspirants need to enter the registration id and DOB. It's advisable to check the details on the admit card correctly. On the exam day it is compulsory for the candidate to bring the admit card. To appear for the examination, a printout of the admit card should be there with the candidate.

AIBE 2020 Answer Key

A provisional AIBE 2020 answer key will be available to the candidates in online mode by the exam conducting authority. The candidates can check the answer key online on the official website. From the answer key, candidates can easily calculate the probable marks they may obtain in the examination.

On the release of the answer key, the candidate may raise objection (if any) within the time-span of 10 days of the release. 

Within ten days of the releasing of the answer key the aspirant can register their complaint, if they have any objection in the answer key. The authority will release the final answer key after considering the objection of the candidate.

AIBE 2020 Result

Within a few days of the examination, the result of the exam will be declared in online mode. Candidates can check their results from the website easily. Through the result applicants will access their qualifying and non-qualifying status in the exam. The result will be declared in September/ October 2020.

Results will include details such as name of the candidates, father's name, roll number, registration number, enrollment number and result etc. BCI will issue the certificate of practice after the result for the Applicants qualified.

AIBE 2020 Certificate

Applicants who will qualify  the AIBE 2020 examination, will get the ‘Certificate in Law’ in the law professions. Applicants with the practice certificate, can practice law from any court in all over India.

Applicants can take the certificate of law at respective state bar councils. The certificate will be released through the COB. Applicants can get their certificate from the below-mentioned respective states:

When will the application form of AIBE 2020 be available?

Students participated in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) June 2020 TEE, and December 2019 TEE exam will now be allowed to apply for the xerox copies of answer booklets. Indira Gandhi National Open University has decided to allow the students for the revaluation and re totalling of marks, they scored in these examinations.

The results of IGNOU June 2020 TEE were announced on October 1. With the upcoming facility of issuance of the photocopy of answer booklets, the students who were dissatisfied with their results can apply for the revaluation of marks scored in the term-end examinations and the photocopies of IGNOU TEE answer sheets. 

The application for the same will have to be made online on the official website of the university. Students simply need to go to the IGNOU website and click apply on the designated link. After which, a few details need to be filled, followed by the payment of the application fee and submission of the application form. 

It must be noted that the applications for revaluation and photocopies of IGNOU December 2019 TEE and IGNOU June 2020 TEE of exams comprising MCQ type questions are disallowed. 

According to the statement in the IGNOU revaluation window,  “Reevaluation and copy of Answerscripts is not available for the Following Exam for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and conducted on OMR sheets.”

Students can apply for and get the photocopies of the answer booklets of IGNOU June TEE and IGNOU December TEE examinations if the answer copy has not been handled for Re-evaluation. Students can either first make an application for the copy of Answer Sheet, followed by an application for Re-evaluation or go for both simultaneously.

Education expenses of NEET topper Akansha Singh will be paid by Uttar Pradesh Government. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made an announcement about the disbursement of her graduation expenses. These expenses will include the expenditure of food and lodging during all the academic levels of her graduation.

Akansha Singh lives in Kushinagar district of UP and has achieved 100% score in NEET 2020 exam.  

Though Akansha was given second rank in the examination, she has been declared as top-ranked along with Soyeb Aftab who is native of Odisha state. On the direction of CM Yogi Adityanath, a letter is to be sent by the chief secretary of UP state, to the authorities concerned for the declaration of NEET 2020 ranks to declare Akansha Singh and Soyeb Aftab, both as the first rankers of NEET 2020 examination as they both have scored 720 marks out of maximum score of 720. 

Besides, personal wishes are sent from UP CM to the family members and parents of AKansha Singh, laurelled the top- scorer as an ideal for all the girls. CM Yogi Adityanath appreciated the hard -work she has made and the high perseverance she has maintained throughout her preparation. 

On the other side, Shoyeb Aftab has also created a history with a full score of 720/720 and All India Rank of 1. He is the first-ever candidate to score 100% in NEET examination. From Odisha state also, he is the first student to Top NEET. With this high score, he hopes to get admission in AIIMS New Delhi. 

NEET 2020 comprises a sum of 180 MCQ type questions for a maximum of 720 marks. Qualified candidates who have scored at least or more than NEET 2020 cut-off are considered eligible to participate in the counselling process of NEET 2020. This implies that the candidates with scores more than NTA NEET 2020 cut-off will be eligible for enrollment to state-quota seats India quota (AIQ) seats through NEET 2020 counselling. The NEET 2020 cutoff for students who belong to General Category is 147. The highest number of students who have qualified NEET 2020 are from Uttar Pradesh followed by Maharashtra.

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association, KPPGCA has released the admit card for KMAT 2020 for the eligible candidates who applied for the examination by filling the application form and paying the prescribed application fee. The admit card has been released via online mode on the official website of KPPGCA on 27th October 2020. 

Successful candidates need to download their admit card from the official website i.e. kmatindia.com. using their login credentials.

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2020 is an entrance examination that will be conducted by KPPGCA (Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association) to offer enrollment to the qualified candidates in 189+ AICTE or University accredited Management Schools established in Bangalore and Karnataka. This year, the examination will be conducted on 29th October 2020 for admission to management institutes in the state.

According to an official statement by Raghu Sharma, Rajasthan Health Minister, approval for the additional seats in MBBS in Rajasthan has been granted. 230 additional seats have been green signalled for the MBBS programmes at four medical schools in the state. 50 additional seats will be given to the medical schools in Udaipur and Ajmer. As far as Barmer Medical College is concerned, there will be an increment of 30 seats this year. 

In comparison to last year when there was a total increment of 550 seats, seats added this year are lower. However, if taken together, the total addition in MBBS seats in the last two years reaches 880 in Rajasthan, thereby making a sum of 2830 total MBBS seats in Rajasthan, today. 

The initiation of Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar has also received approval by the National Medical Science Commission. The Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar will be started in the session 2020-21. 

Sikar is a native district and approval of a medical college in Sikar was great news for Govind Singh Dotasara, Congress State President, who expressed extreme joy through a tweet over the approval.

"The much-awaited Sikar Medical College has received the approval of the National Medical Science Commission. It is a result of the strong will power of the Congress government of the state that the Sikar people have got their right, their medical college," a tweet by Mr Dotasara.

The first round of the NEET 2020 Counselling will start from 27th of October 2020 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The first round of seat allotment under this process will commence from tomorrow. The counselling process will be conducted only for those candidates who have qualified the NEET 2020 exam. Unqualified aspirants will not be able to take part in the same. However, the registration is mandatory for the eligible candidates to participate in the counselling. 

Registration for the first round of seat allotment needs to be done on the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. and will remain open till 2nd November 2020 before 5 pm. It must be noted that registration must be done before the deadlines otherwise the participation in the seat allotment process is prohibited. 

NEET 2020 registration process seeks the names of the courses and colleges preferred by the candidates that means the candidates will have to fill in their choices about the college and the course during the registration process. However, the candidates will be allowed to fill in their preference within a specific course of time i.e. from 28th October 2020 to 2nd November 2020, after that the preferences will be frozen. 

Followed by the 2nd round of seat allotment, details about which will be notified very soon, the 1st round will be conducted on 3rd and 4th November and the results of the same will be declared on 5th November 2020. Here is the process to register for the counselling process of NEET 2020:

Step 7: You will get a registration slip after filling all the details.

The registration fee needs to be paid before the deadline and the due date for the payment of the registration fee for NEET 2020 Counselling's first round is 2nd November 2020.
